Oh yea…
So this photograph by Amelia Coulter perfectly captures the sentiment round here at the old Fort. My roommate Nick is wearing a party favor distributed by the mother of the thirteen-year old girl whose Bat Mitzvah we hosted two weekends ago. They were for the girls: American Apparel t-shirts with “Hottie” emblazoned on the front. Size small, not that you needed to know. We turned our apartment into a kid’s playhouse for four hours.
Last weekend we hosted a film crew over at the apartment who documented a dinner party we threw. A grueling 13-hour day in front of cameras, that left me unable to carry on normal conversations for at least part of the next day. We turned our apartment into a restaurant.
Tonight we took our apartment to yet another level. It looks like a half-wit love child, the sire of the Kool-Aid mascot.
