About a month ago, my neighbors Daniel and David invited me to their kitchen to show off their homemade organic chocolates. They explained the chocolates were heated at low temperatures to maintain the complexity of their ingredients. Within minutes, I’d had the best damned chocolates of my life. We put in an order for 30 boxes and served them at a dinner in our apartment. We contacted our friends at the Bedford Cheese Shop. They stock ‘em.
If you’re like me, and have never been to an opening reception for a chocolate company, tonight is your night.
